Mixed-use macro-lot in the north of Antofagasta

112-hectare macro-lot at kilometer 18 of Route 1, the coastal road that connects Antofagasta with the rest of the northern coastline and gives the project its name due to its proximity to the La Portada Natural Monument.

The project is conceived as a long-term land operation, with a master plan combining residential, commercial, service and amenity uses, developable in phases.

Antofagasta is one of the regional capitals with the greatest economic weight in the country, driven by copper mining and an expanding demographic. Urban growth has progressively shifted toward this northern sector, where the project benefits from the connectivity of Route 1 and Route 28, and from its proximity to Cerro Moreno airport.
